Macee & Corey’s love story began online and 3 hours apart. Only weeks later, the pair met and the connection was instantaneous. “From the minute we met we both knew it was different and so much more than we expected. From that first time we met, we were inseparable.” Eventually the two moved in together in her hometown of St. Francisville and their new life together began to fall into place.
Late one Friday night, Corey mentioned having their families over for a crawfish boil so everyone can spend some time together. “He had asked my dad and grandpa’s for their permission months before”. Once the whole gang was there, it was time for the big moment! “I turned around and there he was on one knee. I was so excited, I could hardly stand it. His mom knew about it and *cue the tears* bought the same champagne that his mom and Dad toasted with on their wedding day for us to all toast to. It was such a special day”.
Picture Perfect Location
“I chose the Plantation for our engagement pictures because it is where we are getting married. I am so in love with the venue and I thought it would make a perfect place to spend the day taking pictures with my fiancé , who will become my husband at the very same place”
